West Coast Swing/Push/Whip

Level I - The beginning dvd introduces you to West Coast Swing/Push/Whip. It shows approximately 20 beginning and basic patterns, including double resistance, showing all leads and footwork for both leaders and followers.

Level II - This level includes double spins, hammer-locks, and other leadable intermediate patterns as well as several of their variations. As always, leads and footwork (for both leader and follower) are shown in detail.

Level III - This DVD focuses on patterns designed to make the dance more fluid. Sections include closed position patterns (various throw-outs), handshake (right-to-right) patterns and extended count patterns. Once again, leads and footwork for all new patterns are covered in detail.

Level IV - The Next Step - Level IV focuses on many of the variations seen on the dance floor today. Sections include whips, right side double spins and six count folds. Leads and footwork are once again covered in detail.

Sync Level I - This newest DVD introduces you to what syncopations are all about. It includes individual and led syncopations. Great for use in full competition, Jack-n-Jill's or just looking better on the social dance floor.

Level I - This DVD is designed to introduce you to the Hustle. Consisting of both closed position and open position basic patterns, this DVD emphasizes leads and shows all footwork (for both leader and follower) in detail.
